Skills and experience: Serkan was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Glacier in May 2025. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles across financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and the food industry.

Before joining Glacier, Serkan was Chief Financial Officer at Sanovel and has also held senior positions at PwC, Oger Telecom, Türk Telekom, Avea and Cerealto. He continues to serve as an advisor to Cerealto, with a focus on M&A.

Key responsibilities: Serkan leads Glacier’s finance team and is responsible for driving financial performance, overseeing strategic initiatives and ensuring excellence in reporting, governance and controls.
